customer service Associate - WAVE 1
National Capital Reg - rizal, quezon City , Marikina City and Pasig City
Be part of the growing workforce for this leader in Telecommunications services in US. This company is the largest providers of cellphones, wireless, digital TV, high speed internet, DSL, home phone and bundles services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and in accordance with established call handling procedures.
- Provides professional technical assistance for problems and issues regarding their services.
- Researches and answers questions; solves problems for a complete caller satisfaction experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Completed at least 2 years of college in any course.
- computer proficiency / Knowledge of MS-Office products
- Recognition and problem resolution for mid to high-level customer service issues
- Must be willing to work in Cainta.
