- Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and in accordance with established call handling procedures.
- Provides professional technical assistance for problems and issues regarding their services.
- Researches and answers questions; solves problems for a complete caller satisfaction experience.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Completed at least 2 years of college in any course.
- computer proficiency / Knowledge of MS-Office products
- Recognition and problem resolution for mid to high-level customer service issues
- Must be willing to work in Cainta.
